28-Year Veteran in Strategic Sales, Marketing and Alliances
Joins KNOVA to Expand Alliances Organization
Cupertino, Calif., July 5, 2006 - KNOVA Software (OTC Bulletin
Board: KNVS), a leading provider of Service Resolution Management applications,
announced today that Ross Morris, 50, has joined the company as vice president of
global alliances. In his new role, Mr. Morris plans to expand the Company's existing
alliances while developing new partnerships with global systems integrators, domain
expert integrators and other technology and service leaders to extend KNOVA's reach
through out the U.S. and abroad.
"Ross brings a wealth of experience in growing and managing strategic partner organizations

Ross Morris joins KNOVA with 28 years of sales, marketing and partnership experience
working with high-technology companies across a broad range of industries including
call center automation, wireless communications, data protection and compliance
and business semantics management. He spent more than five years in strategic sales
and distribution leadership roles at both Agile Software and Avaya (formerly Mosaix)
and served as general manager of Nextel's OneComm division for two years. Morris
most recently served as VP Sales for entrepreneurial start-up companies Bocada and
International Sales at SchemaLogic.
